Pre-Back & Mini Shoulder
Increase your strength for a happier, healthier backbend, with extra emphasis on your shoulders for even more comfort in backbends and handstands.
Required equipment - Shoulder Mini:
A yoga block
A yoga strap or something similar with NO STRETCH (a scarf or belt will work)
A mini or regular resistance band
A weight or backpack filled with books/water bottles.
Required equipment - Pre-Back:
1 yoga block, foam is best, but cork will work as well
A 3-5 kilo or 6-10 pound weight
