Pre-Back & Mini Shoulder


Increase your strength for a happier, healthier backbend, with extra emphasis on your shoulders for even more comfort in backbends and handstands.

Required equipment - Shoulder Mini:

  • A yoga block

  • A yoga strap or something similar with NO STRETCH (a scarf or belt will work)

  • A mini or regular resistance band

  • A weight or backpack filled with books/water bottles.

Required equipment - Pre-Back:

  • 1 yoga block, foam is best, but cork will work as well

  • A 3-5 kilo or 6-10 pound weight
