You can post whatever you like in the Discussion tab, as long as it's respectful and relevant to the group.
TRACKING PROGRESS
I recommend taking "before" photos of your splits from the side before the course starts. Then every 2-3 weeks take new photos from the same angle to see how things are progressing.
Realistically, you shouldn't expect to see visual progress for at least 4-6 weeks (more details in this video), but tracking it is still a helpful and motivating tool!

You will have access to all course materials for 3 months after the last week of classes (until March 3rd). This deadline cannot be extended for any reason, so please make use of the training while it's available!
