Toe Point


This mini program is the perfect routine for anyone looking to improve their toe point. Whether you’re a contortionist, dancer, aerialist, poler, whatever!, you will see a noticeable improvement in your lines on stage and off. Since this program will take about 10 minutes to get through, it’s easy to fit into a busy performance/work schedule and can be done before or after your regular training.

This program includes:

  • 6-exercise toe point training plan

  • Detailed instructional videos, photos, written cues, and reps for each exercise
