You can post whatever you like, as long as it's relevant to the group.

When you click Create a Post, you will see "+ Add a Topic" at the bottom left side. Please use the "Training Questions" tag when asking questions about the exercises/stretches/drills. This will help me find/answer them more easily during the intensive!

Preparing for the intensive

The best way to prepare your body for this training is with the Flexibility Starter Pack or Contortion Strong conditioning programs. I don't recommend focusing on stretching more than you already do. So keep your regular routine, but rather than stretching more, I recommend conditioning more, as this will prepare your body better. After the classes finish

After you have finished all the classes (and especially after the Recordings expire), there are options to continue your Shrimp journey- including a discount!:  

- If you mainly want feedback on the exercises we did, 1-1 sessions are the best way to go. We can meet once a month, every couple of months, every other week, whatever you like! This is a great way to get some accountability and know when it's time to level up your training.
