Welcome my Shrimpy friends! In this group, you’ll be able to ask questions, communicate with your classmates, view class recordings, and see the full schedule.

You can post whatever you like, as long as it's relevant to the group.


When you click Create a Post, you will see "+ Add a Topic" at the bottom left side. Please use the "Training Questions" tag when asking questions about the exercises/stretches/drills. This will help me find/answer them more easily during the intensive!


Preparing for the intensive

The best way to prepare your body for this training is with the Flexibility Starter Pack or Contortion Strong conditioning programs. I don't recommend focusing on stretching more than you already do. So keep your regular routine, but rather than stretching more, I recommend conditioning more, as this will prepare your body better.



Other than that, I recommend having a little look through the tabs in the group navigation bar so you know where everything is. It should be very easy to find what you're looking for and get all the info you need through the different tabs 💯
